Payment

This registration web site is for online payments by CREDIT CARD only. We accept Diners, MasterCard and Visa. You will receive a detailed receipt by email as soon as your registration has been approved and your credit card has been charged.

Please contact technical organizer if you would like group registration and payment by invoice. Many companies require purchase orders and a specified invoice address to receive an invoice. If this is applicable for your company, please give information when you register.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing by 7 May 2011 and will be subject to a NOK1.000 cancellation fee unless a substitute delegate is offered. After this date, the full registration fee will apply. However, substitutions will be accepted. Substitution for registered delegates may be made at any time prior to the conference, but we would appreciate prior notification. All cancellations must be in writing.

Students

The Underwater Technology Foundation welcomes students interested in underwater technology to the Underwater Technology Conference 8 – 9 June 2011.

Admission fee for student: NOK 1500,- + VAT by Norwegian regulations.
This covers obligatory catering cost for delegates.

UTF‘s goal is to promote the level of learning and knowledge within underwater technology and related subjects. With basis in the city of Bergen, this is attempted achieved through conferences, exhibitions, work shops, meetings and by contribution to research, teaching and education on university level.
