Social events during the UTC conference
The UTC conference is set to kick off with three exhilarating social events that promises to be unforgettable experiences. Get ready to immerse yourself with exploration and networking opportunities.
Day 0: Field trip - Northern Lights and TechnipFMC
We will spend the day exploring Northern Lights at Øygården and TechnipFMC at Ågotnes.
Registration starts 11:30 at USF Verftet 10 Juni. The boat leaves at 12:00. We will arrive at USF Verftet at 18:30 for the Icebreaker Event.
Bring sunscreen as the weather forecast looks amazing. In between the destinations, you can enjoy the sun, the scenery, connect with fellow industry professionals and forge valuable connections. Food and beverages will be served onboard the boat.
Day 0: Icebreaker - USF verftet
This is a vibrant hub with excitement and great networking opportunities. We will serve a delicious barbecue buffet and enjoy the sunset at the pier. Wether or not you are part of the Field Trip earlier this day, we highly recommend everyone to join this event as it forges valuable connections prior to the conference.
The event takes place 10 Juni at 18:30.

Day 1: Conference dinner
The conference dinner is one of the main highlights of the conference. The dinner will take place at UTF Verftet. Prior to the dinner, there will be a reception at GCE’s booth in the expo area.
The evening will feature the presentation of the UTC award, entertainment, delicious food and ample networking opportunities.
The event takes place 11 Juni at 19:00 until 23:30.
