UTF (Underwater Technology Foundation) and GCE Ocean Technology are, as the hosts of the 31th annual Underwater Technology Conference (UTC), happy to welcome you to USF Verftet in Bergen, Norway 10-12 June 2025. We expect more than 500 delegates and 30 exhibitors from around the globe to be present.
UTC is by many considered to be the best underwater technology conference world wide. Here, new contacts are created, knowledge is shared, and important relations and network cultivated. UTC is where innovation is introduced and where the spark for further cooperation and new technology solutions is lit.
Exhibition Area – New venue
The exhibition is set outdoors, right by the sea, but still under roof, providing exhibitors with a unique opportunity to engage with the natural surroundings. The coastal setting offers a distinctive backdrop for showcasing, while also allowing exhibitors to explore creative interactions with the sea. Exhibition stands are available with a Standard Shell Scheme offering flexibility, or with a Full Package Scheme. Recommended size is 18 sqm, 3 meters deep by 6 meters wide.

Purchasing one of the exhibition stand packages will give complimentary admission to the exhibition for one company representative which will includes coffee breaks and luncheons in addition to company listing on the conference website utc.no including a company profile and logo. Exhibitor logos will also be exposed in a UTC 2025 ‘Meet the Exhibitors’ newsletter and social media communication material leading up to the event dates.

The home of UTC 2025 will be at USF Verftet, situated within short walking distance from all major hotels, sights and restaurants. Exhibitors will be given excellent opportunities to expose your company brand and products. The plenary room and parallel session rooms have superb capacity, and the exhibition area is located in the immediate area. All coffee breaks and luncheons will be embedded in the Exhibition Hall. This will offer excellent opportunities for participant interaction in a compact and modern setting. The conference area is purpose built for conferences combining Exhibition and technical content.
