Field trip to OneSubsea and Aker Solutions
Join us for a unique experience to visit OneSubsea at Horsøy and Aker Solutions at Ågotnes, in Bergen. Departure by boat at Zachariasbryggen in Bergen at 13:00. Arrival at USF Verftet in time for the Icebreaker event.
Horsøy is home to OneSubsea’s subsea technology center. Here you get the chance to see one of OneSubsea’s flagship projects, Ormen Lange 3 – a fully subsea-to-beach subsea gas compression system that will be powered by hydroelectricity from the Norwegian grid, making it one of the lowest carbon-intensive projects in the industry.
Welcome and Company Introduction by Andreas Fjellbirkeland, Managing Director OneSubsea Processing, followed by guided tours in groups.

The field trip will also take participants to Ågotnes, where Aker Solutions has its Subsea Lifecycle Service site. At the Ågotnes facility, participants will be welcomed by Amos Howard, VP SLS Ågotnes, followed by a guided tour to see many of their exciting features.
