Ingrid Sølvberg
- Sølvberg took on the position as EVP Technology, Drilling & Subsurface in December 2022. Prior to this she was Director General for The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate from January 2020, and Director for Development and Operations on the Norwegian Continental Shelf from June 2014.
- She started her career in Statoil (now Equinor) in 1995 as a subsea engineer. She took on her first leadership position in 2004.
- In the period 2005-2007 she was a special advisor in Equinor’s CEO’s office.
- Following this she held several leadership roles in Equinor, among others as Vice president Platform technology and Marine surveys (2007-2010), and Vice president HSE for Equinor’s mid- and downstream business (2010-2012).
- In 2012 she moved to Centrica Norge as Commercial manager, before moving to the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate as Director for the Norwegian- and Barents Sea in 2013.

- Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences (member)
- Previous board positions:
- The Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI) – member / deputy chair (2008-2011)
