Oddgeir Dalane is head of project development in Vår Energi. He joined Vår Energi March 2023, previously worked for Equinor. He has previously hold leadership roles within project and technology development as well as being Chief Engineer Platform Technology.

Oddgeir Dalane holds a Master of Science degree and a PhD within Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
