The CAN-ductor is a vessel installed top hole solution that replaces the conventional conductor and is ideal for subsea development wells as it provides a robust and proven structural well foundation. The CAN-ductor has the LPWH housing with extension pre-installed and cemented in place in the workshop. Installing a CAN-ductor removes the conductor hole drilling and cleaning, conductor running, and cementing operations from the rig schedule and saving 500 tons of CO2 per well.
The CAN-integrator enables SPS equipment to be added to the CAN prior to installation. It is an integrator between drilling, SPS, and SURF installation operations. This pioneering force within the CAN technology suite is particularly suited for infill production wells. Connecting the trawl protector to the CAN protect the wellhead and allow for a reduced footprint.
Wet storage of BOP and subsea trees, eliminating surface recovery. For well interventions that require x-mas tree removal it may be cost efficient to avoid bringing the x-mas tree to the rig floor. For new subsea development wells the CAN-parking allow the X-mas tree to be installed on the CAN-parking and subsequently installed on the well as a part of well completion.
