Felipe Castro is currently General Manager of R&D in Production Development at Petrobras Research Center – CENPES, responsible for wells, subsea and topside technological development.

He joined Petrobras in 2003 and since then has held several leadership positions in the subsea design and asset integrity.

Felipe is graduated in Mechatronics Engineering, has a masters degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and an Executive MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
