Monica has more than 25 years’ of experience in the industry and is currently Senior Vice President of Subsea7 Norway AS. She has had many roles within the company and has worked in Norway, Great Britain and Australia. Her background is in economics and strategy studies from the University of Stavanger and Aalborg University.

Monica has been Chair of Offshore Norge since 2019 and Managing Director of Subsea7 Norway entities. She is also a member of the KonKraft Council (Collaboration arena for the Norwegian energy industry) and NHO supervisory board (The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises)
